i think you need atlease 5 sentences to start. Next have a good frist sentence to grab the readers atention . you can even ask a question, or something else. but in sence you should not take like 5 mins it should take about 3 mins atleast. if its not its probally a bad introduction paragragh. so inconclution if you take your time it should be a good introdution paragragh.
